We are delighted to announce that Enigin PLC, an energy-saving business based in St Austell, has acquired key talent from web development firm Behind the Dot to assist in building online applications to support it's partners, distributors and end-user clients.
Behind the Dot have been involved in the development of Enigin's custom CRM system 'Nucleus' since Enigin was formed in 2006, and it currently supports in excess of 60,000 individual contacts from around the world that are interested in benefiting from the unique EnergyMaps program. Nucleus is at the core of Enigin’s business with its global partners and distributors relying upon the system for the day-to-day running of their Energy Saving Business. It handles the full new customer acquisition process from initial enquiry to customer support in an easy-to-use web-based environment. Incredibly this comprehensive information can be accessed from any computer anywhere in the world!
In addition to Nucleus, the new collaboration will also be responsible for designing and implementing a number of other powerful web-based tools for Enigin including; an ecommerce platform that enables partners and distributors to order a wide variety of energy saving products for their customers at the click of a mouse, also under development is a new marketing application to assist with lead generation, in addition to an advanced management dashboard which collects information from a variety of Enigin's systems thereby providing the Directors, Senior Management Team and Partners with a live statistical overview of key business performance metrics. We hope to build on this ability to deliver ‘Business Intelligence’ to enable the Enigin Management Team to take informed decisions based on statistics and facts to cope with the inevitable expansion.
The five directors behind Enigin have many years of experience in running a successful multi-million pound business and Managing Director Ian Wrigley is one of the few people in the world who can boast 30 years in the energy saving sector.
